1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not available once a project has started. However, we assess each situation individually.

2. Cancellations

• Before Work Begins: Full refund minus administrative fees.
• During Development: Pro-rated refund based on work completed.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a revision period for all deliverables. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you to make it right.
